Corona related complaints
We cannot cancel or move a reservation for corona-related reasons. So be aware that when you book, you are bound by our conditions. Our urgent advice is therefore: book as late as possible to avoid financial disappointment!
Oops, too late? And have we already started with the explanation? Then you have to wait until we have started up the rest of the group and register afterwards. Unfortunately, this does take your time.
Missed the boat? And do you therefore miss almost the entire activity? Please contact us directly and we will see what is still possible.
Weather conditions
In principle, the activities of Texel Active always continue, even in bad weather. However, in weather conditions where we think that the reserved activity cannot take place, we will contact you about this.
- We always offer a fun alternative activity that you can do with us the same day or another day.
- It is also possible to receive a voucher for the amount booked to come back to us another time.
- If (can) choose neither, we can return the money, however 5% transaction costs of the total amount will be deducted.
Texel Active has the power to change the location of the activity when this is more favorable for the activity due to weather conditions. When this happens, timely contact will be made on the day of the activity.
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel the booked activity, the following conditions apply:
a. up to 56 days or more before the start: 10% of the total price
b. from 56 to 42 days before the start: 25% of the total price
c. from 42 to 21 days before the start: 50% of the total price
d. from 21 to 5 days before the start: 75% of the total price
e. within 5 days (inclusive) before the start or later: 100% of the total price.
We therefore always recommend to take out cancellation insurance.
Changes in numbers
If changes occur in group size after booking, you can only inform us in writing up to five working days before the start of the activity.
If you come with fewer people, this can be canceled free of charge, up to a maximum of 20% of the number of participants.
If the actual number of participants turns out to be greater than the statement. Texel Active will do its utmost to honor this request. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate in the booked activity with more participants.
Alcohol
It is not allowed to consume alcohol during and prior to the activities. If the instructors nevertheless notice that alcohol has been consumed, the instructors of Teambuilding Texel B.V. authorized at all times to cancel the activity. In this case, you will have lost all of the money paid.

⸻ Blokarten bij Texel Active was een hele leuke ervaring! De locatie bij paal 28 is makkelijk te vinden en je krijgt vooraf duidelijke uitleg, waardoor je snel op weg kunt. Het team staat klaar om te helpen als je stil komt te staan, wat erg fijn is. Wij hadden het geluk om tijdens zonsondergang te rijden, wat de ervaring extra bijzonder maakte. Een klein minpunt: door het vasthouden van het touw kunnen je handen snel kapotgaan, dus een paar handschoenen meenemen is geen overbodige luxe. Daarnaast stond er tijdens onze sessie helaas te weinig wind, waardoor we soms stilvielen. Al met al zeker een aanrader, vooral met de juiste weersomstandigheden!

We met ons gezin meegedaan aan de activiteit E Sports. We waren enthousiast geworden door de foto's op de website: een parcours door het bos! Nu bleken we op het weiland te blijven, was er weinig enthousiasme bij de begeleiding, ik ben vooral zelf achter de kinderen aan gehold voor hulp terwijl ik zelf ook meedeed en betaalde en de circuits bleken alleen wat pionnen te zijn. We hebben ons ruim een half uur vermaakt met elkaar, maar toen was het wel klaar. De verwachtingen waren duidelijk anders en dit heb ik direct doorgegeven. De prijs is wel stevig, zeker als je met een gezin komt. We hebben 120 euro betaald! De prijs kwaliteit verhouding van deze activiteit vinden we niet oke. Gisteren mogen blokarten met heeel veel wind. De boodschap dat de kans van 5 op 10 was om weer met 3 wielen op de grond te komen in plaats van 9 op 10 vertelde genoeg over de windkracht 😂 Leuk uurtje gehad

Wat een fantastische ervaring hebben we gehad tijdens het Pinksterweekend bij Texel Active! Na een heldere uitleg en onder de enthousiaste begeleiding van een energiek jong team gingen we blokarten met windkracht 6 over het strand. Wat een kick! Een onvergetelijk familie-uitje – professioneel georganiseerd en vol plezier. Echt een aanrader: grijp je kans als je op Texel bent!

We hebben deelgenomen aan het klimmen. Het werd goed uitgelegd hoe we ons moesten verzekeren. Ze hielden je ook toen we bezig waren goed in de gaten of we het ons op de juiste manier vast maakte. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad en wanneer er hulp nodig was waren ze er snel. Wanneer we hier weer op vakantie komen gaan we zeker nog een keer klimmen.
